Mr. Laue is a graduate of St. John’s University (Bachelor of Science, Government, 1983) and William Mitchell College of Law (J.D., 1986). Mr. Laue was admitted as a member of the Minnesota Bar in 1986, and the U. S. District Court, District of Minnesota, in 1988. Mr. Laue’s field of practice includes estate planning, trust work and probate; real estate including purchase/sale and financing transactions; business law including business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, contracts and related matters. He has been with the firm since 1986.
