Mike focuses his practice in the areas of real estate and business law, handling transactional matters and contracts, as well as disputes and litigation in those areas of practice. He represents companies and individuals, including real estate and business owners, buyers and sellers. He takes pride in his attention to detail, quality work, and results for his clients.
Mike is originally from North Dakota, and began his legal career there, before moving to Minnesota. He maintains ties with the state, including maintaining a license to practice law in the state of North Dakota, but has enjoyed establishing new roots in Minnesota. When out of the office, Mike can usually be found either spending time with his family, or out in nature hunting waterfowl, deer and upland game.
