Mr. Betts focuses his practice in the areas of business law, including entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, equity-holder agreements, and related contracts; real estate transactions, including purchase/sale agreements, financing, and easements; estate planning, including wills, trusts, and family limited partnerships; and probate and trust administration. Mr. Betts obtained a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cum laude, in 2013, where he was a managing editor of the ABA Journal of Labor & Employment Law, and a bachelor's degree in finance from Saint Cloud State University, summa cum laude, in 2009. He was admitted as a member of the Minnesota Bar in 2013. Prior to joining Christensen & Laue, Mr. Betts maintained a transactional practice at a law firm located in Cloquet, Minnesota.
